Yo Freddy Lopez is your go to guy. AMAZING HANDS DOWN. Quick story, I bought a epic truck from him from out of state through car guru. I'm in Oklahoma and he shipped the ride to me and covered tag/registration and through in a 2 year warrenty! Sooo perfect!!! Started looking here in OKC area and was totally let down. These salesmen are liars and thief's and more. Wouldn't wish the car buying experience on an enemy or even my ex-wife. I went all around looking and w8sting time. Ended up doing the whole purchase from the luxury of my home. I cannot emphasize it enough, if you are looking please do yourself a favor and start with this team. Putting you on free game! This past Xmas I decided to buy a E300 for the wife. I went to Platinum auto in Alpharetta. In the 20 plus years I have been buying cars, its the most pleasant experience for me. Like any used vehicle purchase situation you will always have issues, and it is in that moment you know the quality of the dealership you are purchasing from.First the Sales Agent, Caleb, was amazing, during the sales process his wife had some medical issues. he took off but continued to support me remotely through the sales process. Then comes the big lifting, I am very particular with what I buy, especially for the wife, call me a complainant if you want, but Brent the general manager left me speechless.There was no complaint, no demand too big for Brent, taking care of every single thing I demanded. Honestly I am already thinking of picking up another car from Platinum auto, this time for myself. If you are serious about getting a good luxury used car. I am going to suggest you step to Platinum auto in Alpharetta first, I guarantee you will not regret it. I already referred a few friends in the NFL. Take my post with you and ask for Caleb or Brent
