Just purchased a very clean 2019 Hyundai Tucson Limited from the guys at Platinum Used Cars. From the moment I inquired about the car I had the pleasure of working with Marlo and he didn't disappoint. Marlo was extremely courteous, honest, and helpful during the buying process always making me feel at ease. Along the way I was lucky enough to meet the GM Brent Kinney who was super nice and agreed to a VERY fair price on the Tucson. Brett was great to work with and definitely someone I'd love to do business with again. F&I was a breeze with Adam absolutely a no stress process. I don’t know where to begin, so I will say I was looking for a Mercedes GLC 300 that had low mileage and was extremely nice. All that for a price I had set in my mind. These guys rocked it!! Great place to do business! Scott is great. The transaction was seamless and smooth. I bought a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro-4X based on his word, pictures and a video of the truck. This was the first time I had boughten a vehicle without physically seeing it in person and doing a test drive. I flew into Atlanta Airport on a Sunday morning to pick the truck up. Scott was on time and happy to pick me up from the airport to get me to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership I was again met with genuine hospitality from everyone there. I viewed the truck and it was in great condition and exactly as described. Drove 11 hours back to Texas without a problem. The next morning Scott reached out to me just to see how the trip went. I highly recommend Scott and this dealership!! Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will definitely reach out to him.

Updated Review: I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from Brent Kinney at Platinum Cars in Alpharetta. After buying a 2019 Lincoln MKC, I had some unexpected issues with insurance and then the vehicle itself. Despite it being sold as-is, and it being 3 weeks later after I purchased the vehicle. Brent went above and beyond—especially knowing I was eight months pregnant and a single mom. He had the car checked, discovered it needed major repairs, and instead of giving it back to me, he worked to get me into a better, more reliable car with lower miles before my first payment was even due. He took my calls late at night, answered on weekends, and treated me like family. I’m beyond thankful. Brent, you have a customer for life! No matter what dealership you are at, I will call you personally before I buy another car.
