I found Platinum while searching for my next vehicle on CarGurus. I found exactly what I was looking for. Thre was a breakdown in commuicstion that the Sales Mgr Brent resolved immediately. I literally got the financing part done with Brent and never left my house. I knew my downpayment and had real numbers on my payment. When I came in NOTHING changed, no hidden fees or upsells and the SUV I wanted was waiting for me. The longest part of the process was waiting for the vehicle to be detailed and that was my fault for not telling them I was coming in today. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences.
